The Power Intelligence is designed to help people develop a conscious, effective, and ethical relationship with power, enabling them to understand how to manage it constructively to maximize its positive impact and avoid negative or detrimental effects on relationships and the organizational environment. This workshop offers practical tools to recognize power dynamics, understand how they influence others, and use them responsibly and for the common good.
