Marta Planas

Marta is a facilitator of Teams and People in leadership development; she works to promote change processes in the world of organizations and teams; she offers support that allows participants to reflect, communicate and enhance creative skills.

Marta embodies a leadership that takes care of itself in order to care for others, that grows inwardly to transform outwardly. A leadership that integrates body, emotion, and mind, and becomes a presence that inspires. Regenerative leadership is key, as a process of authentic transformation.

She is a coach accredited by CTI, The Coaches Training Institute, trained in team coaching – Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching, certified as a Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and trained in Organizational Development and Process Consulting by Itamar Rogovsky. She is accredited in tools and methodologies for individual and team development, such as The Leadership Circle Profile, Discovery, Sikkhona, and Metalog, to facilitate individual and organizational development, enhancing the skills of the leader-coach.

She has a background in Human Resources, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, a Diploma in Labor Relations, and is certified by the Positive Discipline Association. She is also a certified Emotional Intelligence Therapist (TEI) and specializes in development programs based on the principles of Emotional Intelligence.
