Workshop Contents:

  • Constructive reading of conflict, development opportunities. Learning to interpret conflicts as valuable opportunities for individual, group, and organizational growth.

  • How to manage conflict according to personality styles. Identify specific strategies adapted to different personal profiles, facilitating constructive and positive interactions.

  • Develop skills to prevent negative escalation in disagreement situations. Apply effective techniques to manage conflicts while maintaining a respectful, collaborative, and productive environment.

  • Strengthen effective communication skills in conflict situations. Learn to express yourself clearly and empathetically during tense situations, generating constructive conversations and effective solutions.

  • Promote a systemic view of the conflict. Learn to read both the "small" and "large" agendas of the conflict in order to address it in depth and thus avoid falling into recidivism.

  • Specific techniques to foster strong, trusting relationships. Developing the ability to maintain positive connections even in conflict situations, facilitating collaborative solutions.

  • Resources for creating emotionally safe spaces in conflict situations. Applying tools that allow for managing emotions in conflict situations, strengthening group trust.
